Pickups are available in San Juan Zone 1 in major hotels in the following zones; Condado, Old San Juan, Miramar and Isla Verde. Guests staying in outer laying resorts must meet with us at a designated location or arrive directly to the venue.

This activity will end right where it started.Roundtrip transportation only available from major San Juan Metro hotels. If you not see your hotel name in the drop down list, please contact us for us to provide the assigned meeting point. If you are staying at an AirBnb please provide with the address in order for us to identify the nearest hotel

  • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
  • Wear comfortable attire for riding the ATV. Closed toe shoes are required. Long pants are suggested.
  • All drivers must have a valid driver's license; learner's permits are not accepted.
  • Minimun age for Drivers is 18 years old. Minimum age for Riders is 12 years old.
  • Limit combined weight is 450 lbs.
  • A valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required for check in to cover any incidentals to the equipment.
  • 1 ATV Machine for 1 Driver + 1 Rider. Shared Drivers will not be accepted.
  • Pick up time will be notified the day before the activity IF HOTEL (within Zone /List) was provided at least 72 hours in advanced. Otherwise guests can meet us at the Hacienda. No transfer credit applies.If guests miss the transportation, they can meet us directly at the hacienda (if time permits)
  • Guests staying outside of San Juan metropolitan area Pick Up Zone/List (districts of Isla Verde, Condado, Miramar & Old San Juan) must make arrangements to meet the group. Guests must be on time for check-in.
  • No refunds or re-schedule applies for late cancellations, no shows, being late or not complying with the requirements (license, credit card, age, max weight, Covid etc).
  • Covid vaccine or negative Covid Test will be required to board the vehicle. (same requirements to enter the country).The use of a mask is mandatory and a strict COVID -19 protocol will be required.
  • All guests must sign a waiver.
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

My family and I were traveling on a cruise. I was worried we wouldn't make it. We contacted Alex from Hacienda Campo Rico and he eased my worry regarding getting to the location and making sure I got back to my boat in time. While we were there my daughter and I had a great time with our tour guide, Mike. Highly recommend this excursion. If we ever make it back to San Juan we will definitely be visiting again

Our tour guide Francis was exceptional. The trails were amazing and the scenery was cool. I felt a bit misled with the 3+ hours you promoted on the website as we rode for less than 90 minutes. I wish that was more accurately portrayed so I could have at least had the info to make a decision. While I did appreciate the pickup at our hotel, I didn't realize we would be on the shuttle for so long picking everyone up. Unfortunately, the skill level of others in the group forced us to continually slow down and stop so they could catch up. That was not Francis's fault as he did the best job he could to keep things moving. The two times we stopped for a break, we took advantage of the sights on the property and got to feed some horses. That was a good experience. Overall, I was still happy that we went and would recommend it to others. I truly believe an experience like this comes down to the tour guide and how he interacts with the group and ours did great.

I ride touring Motorcycles but this experience in the Forest and the swamp grass was amazing. If it has been raining, expect Mud and some standing water but that is also what makes it so fun and even Challenging. Our Guide Rolando had such infectious energy. He was fantastic

Fun muddy ride 🤟🏽 we enjoyed the whole tour and the horse stop we made to take a quick break and visit horses:) our leader was the coolest and always made sure we were good and safe. Love it will be back again
