    We couldn’t make our reservation time and couldn’t make any changes to our tickets. And I could not reach a human. I will NEVER go through Viator again and we get lots of friends and family visiting Phoenix.

    We enjoyed seeing creatures in well-designed tanks which we had otherwise only read about; seahorses and amazing variety of colorful fish. The educational material posted though-out was very useful but however it was barely readable and sometimes totally illegible due to the low lighting conditions. I understand the requirements for limited lighting but obviously a lot of effort went into creating this material and it needs to be spotlighted somehow. LED frames possibly? I only encountered three employees throughout the whole complex and there seems to be more needed; for example my wife found some earrings in the shop that she would have liked to purchase but there was no one available at the register.

    The Aquarium was fair and the Viator method of booking the tickets are a rip off and they misrepresent their products. In future, I will go directly to ANY website to purchase my tickets and Viator will never be used as they are misleading in representing their vendors.

    Sea life aquarium was super small, crowded, and was definitely not worth paying for. There was nothing special about this place, I would rather spend my time at pets-mart. I felt supper disappointed and sick to my stomach for paying for the combo passes. I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like I got the bait and switch on this. I would not recommend to pay to go to Sea Life Aquarium.

    The aquarium was great. Lots of beautiful sea creatures and fun things to see. I am bummed that Viator charged us $40 per ticket when in fact, SEA LIFE’s ticket is only $15. It is definitely not fair that we had to pay more than 2x the actual ticket price. It is stealing from people. So if you are planning to go, don’t get your tickets from Viator. Buy it from the actual aquarium, it is the true price and you won’t get your money stolen.
