Upon arrival at the KSC Visitor Complex, you're free to tour the stellar visitor complex at your leisure. Board the NASA bus for a quick trip to one of the many mind-blowing exhibits like the Early Space Exploration exhibit featuring stories and artifacts from missions like Gemini, or the Rocket Garden to view the first NASA rockets. Kids (and adults!) love getting interactive at the Children’s Play Dome.

Continue to the Apollo/Saturn V Center, where you relive Neil Armstrong’s moonwalk, touch a moon rock, and get a close-up view of the giant Saturn V rocket—the largest rocket ever made at 363 feet (110 meters) tall. Then take in a complimentary showing or two at the IMAX Theater. And don’t leave without getting a full-sensory space experience at the Space Shuttle Atlantis exhibit, featuring more than 60 interactive experiences!

Between stops, engage in savvy interactive displays, remember fallen astronauts at the Astronaut Memorial, and take needed snack breaks (own expense) in the Rocket Garden or Orbit Cafe.

At the end of your tour, a coach returns you to the departure point in Orlando.

    Upgrade Options:
    • Lunch with an Astronaut: Enjoy an unforgettable lunch with a veteran NASA astronaut. Help yourself to a fresh buffet meal, and spend some quality time with an expert space traveler to ask your burning space questions and get an autograph!

    • Space Plus Pass: Includes ‘Lunch with An Astronaut,’ followed by an expert guided tour NASA Causeway to view a space shuttle launch pad, A/B Camera Stop—a camera bunker used during space shuttle flights—and the countdown clock at Press Site.

Greeted by name when boarding the bus. Bus was old and smelly. But comfortable ride and excellent driving. AC worked perfectly! Traffic was difficult coming back, but certainly not the diver’s fault.

We purchased transport only and expected a coach bus as advertised. We were picked up in a van with a broken passenger door. There were 4 pickup locations so the drive ended up being over an hour and half. 9:30- 4:00 allowance at the park using this transportation. Could have hired a direct Lyft driver for cheaper with 3 people. Guides were friendly. Park pass purchased separately, and was lots of fun.

False advertising of travel, said 1 hour each way ended up being 2.5/3 hours each way, late pickup promised 0715, collected at 0915 so lost a huge amount of our day at Kennedy Space Centre!! We enjoyed the area, but the travel are lots of our day!

Kennedy Space Center venture with some minor hiccups!

    , Apr 2022
Our bus tour guide Dave was great, he had lots of stories having been born and raised in Orlando. The Kennedy Space Center was amazing, very emotional to see. It was one of the major highlights of our trip! We did have difficulty knowing where our exact meeting location was as the Maingate Lake Resort pick up actually lists two different pick up locations with two separate addresses. In case someone else has this issue the pick up is right at the resort not the restaurant nearby it also lists. Viator could not clarify it for us, we had to contact the tour company directly the night before to ensure we had the correct location, and they indicated Viator had old pick up information listed. When I booked I also confirmed with Viator that we would have a tour of the visitor center when we arrived on site, and they assured me we would, and when we arrived we didn’t have a tour just as I thought when I was booking that is why I clarified it with them in the first place, so we navigated on our own. The itinerary that Dave gave us was very beneficial. I give it 4 stars as it was a fun day with some minor hiccups.

Thank you for your comments. We will pass them on to Viator.

This was my first trip in the USA and its always been something I wanted to do and that was to go to the Kennedy Space Center. It was an incredible experience and you learn so much in an interactive way. The staff are friendly and helpful too. When I brought my tickets the tour operator was in regular contact with me amd they were super helpful and friendly. The transportation was great too. The whole experience from purchasing my tickets to get getting back to the hotel was fantastic

We had Ana amazing time! The charter was super clean and comfortable! Our guides were amazing and super knowledgeable about NASA and the local area! They provided a guide pamphlet to help us decide what to do for the day since the place is huge! We had such an amazing time and the drop off and pick up times we’re on time! We will be back to do some of things we didn’t have time to do and we will be booking with this service again!

    Go by your own transportation

    , Apr 2022
Go by your own transportation. Bus return time is too soon so you might miss some shows. We didn't want to miss the IMAX show at 4.30 PM. Unfortunately bus left us behind when we came out by 5 PM.It seems Bus Tour guide had no interest in NASA or space also didn't know much about the center. Had to return by own transportation. In morning we asked to halt the bus by 5 mins which was denied. We took cab to next stop and guess what: bus is late by half and hour at that stop. Overall total disappointment with transportation.

Thank you for your feedback. We are working on a new pickup schedule to help with the back up.
