Loved the whole day. Our driver was Richard and he was awesome! Made lots of stops for us to take pics and sample local food. We never felt rushed. He was very funny and turned our trip into a great adventure. Would recommend to anyone to do this trip with Richard.

Our tour operator was Christy and she was amazing and I don't think she came up for air on going thru the heritage of Hawaii and Maui...She explained everything the entire time how things worked there and how people went thru there changes and how the island reacted to them changes..The culture was explained very well and she gave me a whole other outlook on the island and thru her I have more love and respect for the Hawaiians there...Great Dynamic Tour company that loves there heritage

I cannot express how much my family and I enjoyed this day trip! Marty was, hands down, the BEST guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything, from the types of plants/trees, to the ocean tides. He was very accommodating. He also knew some great places to stop along the way. Make sure to get some banana bread at the Halfway to Hana stop. Truly one of the best day trips!!

It could be sunny one spot and pouring on another spot. Our tour guides are trained to conduct the the tour safely and drive slowly. I am glad that everyone got back to their hotels safely.

The extremely long drive, significant number of turns and overall time sitting in a vehicle. Waterfalls were beautiful, however, could not be fully appreciated since vehicle rarely stops or stops only for seconds at a time. Also, not ideal for taking photos since your taking photos through a window that does not roll down. Passenger van was not the most comfortable, particularly, for larger/taller people. Half of our tour was eliminated due to bolder blocking rode from mudslide. Directions on proper attire not clear. Recommend shoes appropriate for walking on rocks and bolders, mud and water. Recommendation to simply wear water shoes was bad advice. Meals were not the greatest. Keep the meals and simply make stops at nice dinning venues.

This small group tour was awesome. Malia was very informative, engaging with her personal experiences and stories. She also drove well and the ride was much better than anticipated. Yes, there are curves and turns along the route. Black sand beach was beautiful. Do take water shoes as the beach is rocky.. We did a full loop and without rush. Pick up / drop off to the hotel is a big plus!

Justin was such a fun guide for our Road to Hana tour! As a local, he expertly navigated the sharp curves and bumpy road-we were in good hands. It would have been so stressful to drive ourselves and we were able to enjoy the beauty of the rain forest. We stopped for banana bread, waterfalls and swam at a beautiful black sand beach among several other cool stops. Highly recommend Justin as a guide, he made the day a blast!

Door to door service was a great feature of this tour, literally picking us up and dropping us back at our condo door. Was very prompt on arrival as well.
