Stay for the views, skip on the dinner

Fine for sight seeing but at $100.00 a head for dinner I would expect to not have plastic cutlery, plates and cups. Just made the whole experience feel cheap.

Would recommend to someone who hasn’t done it before!

This was such a great/romantic/fun experience. I was nervous because I usually get motion sickness, however, this was unnoticeable throughout the 3 hour boat ride. The food was good.

Nice trip on the lake but we could not understand the speaker - there were so many people and they never stopped talking - I would have liked to have heard the stories they were telling about the history. Food was great and service was great. Also it should go out earlier as it got dark so soon that we really couldn't see anything on the banks etc. especially on the way back. Not as enjoyable as I thought it would be but still a nice evening. When you come from out of town, you want to hear the history they were talking about and see the sights. Plus it is terrible that we are unable to reach Viator for any questions or problems. I had a problem with another trip to Yosemite that we could not reach an actual person. For what we pay we should be able to talk to a live person especially when there is a problem.

The steak was terrible! Like eating rubber. The band was good. The cruise was nice. The people were nice.

Do not... I repeat... DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR! When we arrived for our prepaid trip on the MS Dixie on Lake Tahoe... we were told they didn't have our name and we could wait and see if there would be vacancy! My anniversary surprise was a HORROR.... I was in tears... THANKS VIATOR. YOU SUCK!
