A taxi drive (with sick people) more than a tour

The activities were amazing. The entry to two of the activites were already free. This tour is overprice. And it wasn't a tour. It was more a taxi drive. The tour guide was sweet but didn't tell us any facts. I could have done the activites by myself. She brought us in her own car and not in a bus. It was a small group. People on the tour were sick while it is specify that people with symptoms are denied (symptoms that can be related to COVID). They weren't wearing mask and the tour guide didn't tell them to do so. As an international traveler, I was stressed of this people being sick because I need to be tested before taking the place. If you are a US resident, this point may be less important.
