Revisiting my home city.

Going up the elevator. Valet parking because self parking was more costly. Enjoyed seeing the city I reside in at a different angle. I do trips like this in other cities and decided to do it at home. Just like a vacation.
Scared But Worth It
, Apr 2022
The most memorable part about the experience was my fiancé being scared to go up because she’s scared of heights. In the elevator she was panicking. Lol. But once we made it to the top it was the best experience ever. It made our trip to Dallas so much better and enjoyable.

Extremely boring and little to do for the price. Use to be a restaurant so I assumed at least more levels were open. But on a Friday it was just the deck. Disappointing to be a big landmark

Reunion Tower Experience
, Mar 2022
I had a Great time and encountered friendly staff, toured walked around the balcony all was going great.... until it didn't.... One Particular Staff Member working the Photo Kiosk (Mary was her name) however was extremely rude and unhelpful in every way. Me and My son were standing behind a Woman and her two daughters or friends (IDK) at the kiosk trying to figure out the photo booth... (due to covid I keep a mask on and distance to people,)(Mary) almost knocked me over trying to get to me and tell me to use the kiosk across the room, when I informed her it was in use and had along line, and that the line I'm standing in I'm next, she proceeded to say "Oh.. well... Can you stand back here and give them so privacy" As if I was hovering over the other guest. when I stood in my place, she walked off continued to help those in front of me. When those ladies were finished and walked away... So did Mary... she offered no assistance, no guidance, and no friendly experience, I was lost and ended up not getting the photos at all because the kiosk wasn't user friendly. When walking to the elevator I couldn't help but notice Mary helping other guest that looked like her... it was unfortunate that she displayed this behavior and I can only hope no one else ever experience this. Now every time I Look at the Reunion Tower Ima remember this experience.

It was great experience viewing the flat lands of Dallas and looking at all the tall buildings downtown. I can’t believe how much this city has grown.

I booked the wrong day and didn't notice till the day we were suppose to go I wasn't able to speak to anyone and when I did they didn't help at all all I wanted was to take my wife up there for our anniversary and now that's ruined and a waste of $49. We are from out of town and this is our last day but we couldn't get a answer about a refund for 7 days. I will never book anything with these people and I'm disappointed in the whole experience.

Tower of Fun
, Oct 2021
I didn’t realize how flat the area is. From the tower you can see “forever”. The interactive video boards were really cool.

It was solid, but not a main event.
, Sep 2021
It was decent.. I would recommend that if you do visit the grocery-deck, go at night while the city is lit up. It wasn’t that the site was bad, just very simple during the time my family and I had went. The restaurant was closed for renovation and it wasn’t a very large area to explore.. they offer historical information on the Dallas monuments and a telescope to look around the city. After a half hour we had seen everything there was to see at the geo-deck and we were ready to move on with our lives. I also want to speak on the customer service, in person the customer service was wonderful, we got great help from Jennifer at the desk and the photographer was really cool as well but their customer service phone line (The tour guide operator) was pretty rude and wasn’t helpful. So be aware of that going in.

Thoroughly enjoyed the sights of Dallas from so far up...Awesome and spectacular...My 7-years-old nephew and 14-years-old daughter were so AMAZED at the beauty. It even rained while we were they and that was beautiful too.
