Hop-On and Hop-Off Banff Bus

Dominique and Tyler are warm and gracious hosts for your trip to Banff-- much more than tour guides-- they take time with each passenger to understand their itinerary and make helpful suggestions; where to go, what to see etc. Dominique provided great local insights that shaped not only my Hop On Tour, but my trip plan for the next 3 days in the park. Local, friendly and informed guides. Shuttles run on time- don't be late. All the chosen stops were beautiful, even in the rain! Don't miss Johnson Gorge's beautiful blue water.

Despite having the trip disrupted by road works the guides sorted it so everyone saw what they wanted with the minimum delay. Very friendly and informative.

If you want to see the top attractions at the busy time of the year this is the thing to do; the bus gets you right to the front, you can adjust your schedule to fit what you want to see the most and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful we will definitely do this again.

We were visiting without a car and this was a great way to see the main attractions. The hosts were friendly and helpful with suggestions to get the most out of our day.

Comfy yellow school bus, on time, great information and stories on the routes. Monique was So helpful organising what you can fit in and what you can see and do. Cannot recommend this trip enough

Bus was cramped and dated. Was told could not do one of stop off. On return trip was told we could have made the stop off. Didn't get to stop off at Lake Louise chateau, only at the gondola. Very disappointing.

My husband and I were in banff for our anniversary and booking the tour was one highlight of our trip. Stops at all the places we wanted to go to without all the hassle of trying to battle the crowds. Dom and Tyler were great. Dom was very informative and you learn a lot of interesting facts and Tyler’s stories of past tourists are really funny. We also saw two bears. At the end of the trip Dom asks everyone what else they have planned and I asked her for tips to go back to Moraine to canoe and she graciously allowed us to get back on the bus two days later so we don’t have to battle the crowds or have any trouble. It was soo nice of her to allow us to do that. We have already recommended this tour to three other groups of friends visiting Banff this year bc it was truly a great experience of kind people and hospitality.
